How to Automate SMS Campaigns

Did you know that you can simplify your SMS Campaign and make it automated? What? That right! You can completely automate your SMS  campaigns using our calendar and schedule feature. Save yourself time and never forget to get your message out on time again! Far too many times we hear, “I forgot to get the message out” or “I didn’t have time, I got busy.”

Well hey, being busy is great! That means you’re having a good day already, right. But you don’t want to miss out on all that other business- those customers who haven’t decided where they’re going to go for lunch or dinner yet! Or, the ones who are waiting for you to send out a message, yes, they’re waiting to hear from you.

Using our schedule feature, you can schedule your messages for the week, or even the entire month. Two to three months out even if you’re planning that far ahead! Then, all you have to do is run your business and sit back and watch your SMS campaign run it’s self – easy as that!

So how do you do it? Easy! Go to the message center, which is the first screen you arrive to when you log into the platform. One here, you can begin to create your message content as you normally would. Near the top, just under the manage tab, click on the Schedule Message bubble. See below:

Once the Schedule Message bubble is selected, you’ll be able to schedule the message for a day and time in the future. Once your message is ready to go, click the Schedule Message button at the bottom and your message will be scheduled and saved to the calendar.

Should you decide you need to modify or delete the scheduled message, you can go to the calendar tab to locate your message and click on it to edit or delete.
